International Landscape Photographer of the Year Announced

The International Landscape Photographer of the Year (ILPOTY) has announced the winners of its 2019 contest, its sixth contest to date. Hundreds of professional and amateur photographers from across the world submitted thousands of images in an effort to win amazing prizes, including US$10,000.

This year’s overall winner is amateur photographer Oleg Ershov from Russia for his portfolio submission and heads the Top 101 photographers featured in the competition's book.

There is US $10,000 in cash prizes for the best Photograph of the Year (single shot, 1st, 2nd, 3rd) and best Photographer of the Year (portfolio of four photographs, 1st, 2nd, 3rd), with five special subject awards (Wildlife in Landscape, Abstract Aerial, Snow & Ice, Lone Tree, Heavenly Cloud) that receive a one-metre print. All 11 winners receive a physical copy of the annual Awards book.
